PAYMENT - I accept personal checks and cash. Please do not post date checks. There is a $25 return check fee.

RESERVATIONS - I require an initial consultation so I can meet your pets as well as get important informations (such as feeding, times, amounts, medications etc.) I highly recommend making your reservation in advance to have a better chance of getting the dates that you need. 

CANCELLATIONS - All bookings require full payment in advance. Any cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled visit starts. There is a 25% cancellation fee for any cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled visit. 

* Once a vacation starts, all funds are non-refundable. There is a strong possiblity that we have turned away other clients whot wanted to book the dates you reserved which results in a loss of income for me.

LATE RETURN 

If your return is delayed, please contact us as soon as possible at (856) 357-0897. We will make every effort to keep your pets on their regular schedule.

PET ACCIDENTS:

We will do our best to clean up any accidents. I am not responsible for carpet/flooring stains created by your pets. I ask that you provide all cleaning products, paper towels, trash bags, etc.
